Poplar
(Liriodendron tulipifera)
Poplar is valued as a utility hardwood, rather than for appearance. It paints and stains very well, and is commonly used for furniture frames and painted interior trim.
All hardwoods are kiln dried, and stocked in random lengths from 8' - 16' (odds and evens).
